No. Plenty of pages are portfolio or link hubs only. Selling is optional on every plan and uses your own Stripe account when you turn it on.

Link tiles are unlimited on all plans. Other tile types count toward your per-page widget cap (20 Free, 24 Pro, 36 Commerce).

YouTube, Twitch (live, VOD, clips), Vimeo, and Spotify. Other URLs work as Link or Image tiles that open in a new tab.

Choose Pro or Commerce on the pricing page or in Dashboard → Payments. Stripe Billing handles checkout, invoices, and cancellation through the customer portal.
